I’m Possible Training - Skill Enhancement Coach 2016-present
Octane Athlete / Head Coach
When I was still a student/athlete at Post University in 2007, I volunteered for various basketball summer camps . It was exciting and rewarding to see kids challenge themselves, as they learned how to workout and what it takes to get better. That is what first made me fall in love with coaching/ training!
I started volunteering as a coach at my local Boys and Girls club, PAL and YMCA before getting my first job as a fitness trainer. First, I was hired as a Personal Trainer and quickly became the gyms general manager and was certified with ISSA.
In 2014 I was invited to do an internship with one of basketballs most world renowned skills trianers Micah Lancaster. I was able to train and learn from athletes getting ready for the NBA draft and Overseas professionals who really helped me embody what it takes to play on that next next level.
I was offered an assistant coaching position at Rivier University in 2015 and stayed with the team for 8 years (3 years assistant, 5 years athletic performance/ skills coach)
